Items with Infused/other option

Why items with infused option not showing in the actual game? Like Slark's Head, TideHunter Weapon or Venomancer's back. PLEASE HELP!

i think the developers have abandoned this software... infused items used to work fine...now they don't even release new content like new items or immortals...
