Announcer bug solution
*Requirements : at least you have 1 random announcer in game item (mega kill and or normal announcer)
1. Choose the announcer and or mega kill announcer mods on dota2mods then set as default
2. Open dota then open inventory and equip your own *in game item* random announcer
(NOTE : Do not use default announcer yet *your current mod is on default right? so don't use it until next step*)
3. Play dota then after picking a hero or strategy time, select loadout tab then change your announcer to default (your mod)
done.. it worked, i have tried it

Si funciona man, si no tienen uno creo que el locutor mas barato esta 0,05 centavos (en Perú), yo creo que es un precio rebajo por tener al Rick ql hablando en tu parti
