Windranger arcana not fully functioning

the walking animation works perfectly but there are some missing effects like the mini tornadoes created when 3rd skill is active. The ulti icon and its portrait in the top of the game screen doesnot change as well as its voice. The hair also is buggy that it stretches overtime while walking away from the fountain. Also i hope that its complete set would be available :>
