Add Script Merger

I've done several immortal mods on my own, and all of it works flawlessly offline and online because I also edit the script.txt file. Maybe it would facilitate more people to submit their mods too, because editing the script.txt file is pretty important when making your own mod, sometimes some visual effects can only be shown when you edit the script file.
