When could potentially be the release of Windranger's Arcana?

I was happy there was one in the WIndranger section but I didn't check it was custom, I loaded Dota and it was good! Though the effects weren't there and the gusts on her legs were just pasted. Her hair stretches as a bug so I changed it into her hood which fixed it, same to her shoulder pad. The focus fire worked perfectly but there was no sound effect for the Powershot, also to notice her Windrun where she just becomes Michael Jackson...?

Items were good though, euls and force staff definitely were pleasing to the eyes, so my only complaint on that Custom would be animations and sound. Though if someone out there could redo it, that would be really perfect.
