Screen goes white all the time after 2 or 3 minutes

What should I do? I tried solutions online for this but nothing helped and plus the mods are so fast I can't pinpoint which mod is causing this I tried rebuilding and repairing mods but nothing helps, please provide some help, thank you in advance.
