Getting Stuck at "*%" mod rebuilding

Hi There, can someone help me to get through this problem ? im getting stuck at some certain percentage in mods rebuilding process, at first on ver.4.0 launch im getting stuck at 17% Golden Hydrakan latch building script but now after ver.4.0.1 stuck at 44% Magus Cypher building script, hope there will bne some solution.

Rubick Arcana has a bug, remove it and try rebuilding the scripts.
