New bloom dota 2 map terrain

Does anyone have any information on how I can go about playing on this old map that was released in 2015? I haven't found anything anywhere. I think it had something to do with the chinese new year and they released this map for a couple months. There is a youtube video that shows it called "Dota 2's New Bloom Pay-to-Win Problem". If anyone knows anything about how I can play with this terrain I would really appreciate it!
