How do you use WK Malignant Rule Arcana Mod?

I'm choosing the Malignant Rule in the mod section drop down but it's not working. The only one working is the default WK Arcana.

well mate same thing i mantioned in bug reports if u was paying attention ! 2 days ago ! they did very little update and with that update only wk arcana turned to be pickable ! but its like queen of pain arcana ! its has unnatural bug ! its not one true king neither magnifent rulle its corroupted
