How can I create an shortcut for dota2mods?

everytime i exit the mods and open it again it starts installing and rebuilding all of the mods again and takes a few mins to rebuild. I want my mods to be saved so that it wont be installing dota2mods and rebuilding all of the skins I chose.

Pin the game in your taskbar bro it will shorten the process, though vac is still a problem in this mod
